Tom Kerlin

Physiotherapist + Exercise Scientist

Tom graduated from Physiotherapy in 2018 and has previous rehabilitation experience in gym settings for many years prior to completing his degree. Prior to graduating from Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University he completed a Degree in Exercise and Sport Science at RMIT.

Tom grew up in North East Victoria in a small town called Myrtleford where he developed an interest in rehabilitation through playing numerous sports and the injuries that naturally occur as a result!

Through this interest Tom specialises in musculoskeletal sports injury rehabilitation and he can certainly empathise with many of the injuries he is likely to see. Fortunately he hasn’t sustained many long-term injuries and he credits his increasing knowledge of the body and how we move as the reason for this!

He has also developed an interest in how strength and conditioning and clinical exercise can play a role in lifelong health and rehabilitation, aiming to help reduce chronic injuries and illnesses such as oseoarthritis and ensuring his clients work towards the best long term health outcomes outside of the clinic.
